What We Offer

Currently most of our course content is geared toward regulatory requirements in Texas, Florida, Pennsylvania, and California. In addition we have developed specific training modules to meet CARF accreditation for Behavioral Health and Opioid Substitution Therapy, and Joint Commission modules as well specific to addiction and dual diagnosis service providers. Content is licensed for a two year period and is delivered using a secure cloud based depository. We use a variety of authoring tools to create and deliver existing and new courses.

CARF/JC ACCREDITATION

Accreditation training requirements along with regulatory training requirements can make enrolling and design training programs challenging for the company administrator. The good news is that many of your state regulatory required training count towards meeting your CARF or Joint Commission requirements. If you are accredited currently or seeking accreditation, we have personnel who are accreditation consultants for a variety of behavioral health companies. Our expert accreditation and regulatory staff create a customized training crosswalk for your organization. We then will organize your catalog and training programs so that your employees get exactly what they need in an organized and underwhelming curriculum. We understand that many of our competitors have large crosswalk documents that they provide on their website, however in our review of those documents we find them confusing and overwhelming. In our initial discussion with you we will provide you with a customized document that address your specific training needs for licensure, accreditation, funding, or any other issue. This way you know exactly what your library needs to have in it. Additionally, we provide you written documentation that you will need for inspection and accreditation site visits and give you clear instruction and direction and what reporting functions to use. Our goal is for you to achieve excellence in this area.
